IACS continues to be an active and participating member of various technical groups in SSM such as Corporate Practice Consultative Forum (CPCF), CPCF Technical Committee and submits proposal and recommendations on various consultative documents received from SSM from time to time. IACS is also actively involved with other professional and corporate bodies as a member of Company Secretaries Consultative Group (CSCG) and Technical Focus Group. IACS had also been participating and contributing fervently in SSM Annual Dialogues and other ad-hoc meetings conducted by the various regulating agencies. Such meetings provide a platform for company secretarial bodies to get together to discuss and resolve specific issues faced by the company secretarial profession as a whole in order to safeguard their respective members’ interest.

In respect of the above, members are encouraged to email to us any technical or other operational issues as well as enquiries with SSM or other agencies regarding the company law and other corporate secretarial matters so that we may respond or discuss them at the proper forums or meetings.
